How You Can Support the Southern Arizona Prison Project
The prospect of walking into a prison environment might sound a little overwhelming to some but the reality is that everyone who has visited the prison to teach the inmates Dharma, meditation and yoga have come away raving about the gratitude, respect, intelligence and interest in learning shown by the inmates who participate in the program.
If you have certification as a yoga teacher or have completed ACI courses and would like to teach, or have experience working in a prison environment and are interested in beginning a project based on these aims and using this format please email us.
For those who wish to participate in other ways, there are things like the marking of inmates homeworks, quizzes and finals. If you are able to help, please contact us using the form below.
